About Us
We are a fast\-growing property company specialising in end\-to\-end property management solutions in South London and the South East. We have scaled rapidly in the past two years, and are continuing to grow aggressively.
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, commercially\-minded Operations \& Finance Coordinator to work directly alongside us and help support the continued scaling of the business.
The Role
This is a key operational role supporting the day\-to\-day management of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Invoice management and finance administration
- Business operations support
- Organising and improving internal systems/processes
- Managing operational spreadsheets and reporting
- Supporting property onboarding and setup
- Assisting with placements and procurement administration
- Coordinating with contractors, agents and suppliers
- General business management support
