We are looking for an organised, reliable, and detail\-focused Operations Coordinator to support the day\-to\-day running of our operational workflows and supplier processes.
The Role
This role is focused on maintaining operational continuity across a range of telematics, fulfilment, supplier, and administrative workflows.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and consistently while acting as a central coordination point between internal systems, suppliers, and customers.
This is a structured operational role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, ownership of processes, and maintaining high standards across day\-to\-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Workflow Management
- Monitor and manage operational dashboard queues
- Process operational tasks relating to fulfilment and returns
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Ensure operational processes are completed within agreed timelines
- Escalate exceptions and unresolved issues appropriately
- Liaise with third\-party suppliers and service providers
- Coordinate and follow up on delivery or logistics\-related issues
- Monitor operational service performance and flag recurring problems
- Support stock and device tracking processes
- Support invoicing and operational administration tasks
- Maintain process documentation and operational records
- Assist with structured reporting and information collation
- Ensure operational data and communications remain organised and accurate
- Respond to operational email and phone queries
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers and suppliers
- Route issues effectively to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate notes and audit trails where required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail\-oriented
- Reliable and consistent
- Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Confident communicating via email and phone
- Able to follow structured processes accurately
- Calm under pressure and capable of prioritising workload effectively
An interest in technology, operations, or process coordination would be beneficial, although direct telematics or insurance experience is not essential.
