The Operations and Projects Engineer is responsible for leading engineering projects and manufacturing operations to ensure the successful delivery of customer contracts from concept through to completion.

For this role candidates will need to have a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing Operations or equivalent demonstrable experience and knowledge. Previous experience of working in a Project Engineer, Operations Engineer or Production Manager role is essential.

Candidates will have knowledge and experience of engineering within a machine shop/fabrication/fitting shop environment along with the familiarity of working with varied materials of construction (mild/carbo/stainless/aluminium/nonferrous).

You will have the ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop a team together with a desire to set high standards of work performance for yourself and others.

· Quality Assurance, FAT and Compliance

· Supplier and Customer Relationship Management

· Leadership \& Team Development

· Continuous Improvement \& Cost Optimisation

· Health, Safety \& Environmental Management

· ISO 9001 Quality Management System
