We are seeking a confident, proactive and enthusiastic Operational Services Manager to join the Sexual Health and HIV Management Team at Monkgate Health Centre.

This is a role for an experienced, visible and compassionate leader who can inspire and support operational, administrative and clinical teams to deliver consistently high‑quality care. You will bring a strong interest in service improvement, working autonomously and responsively to ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently and sustainably—both clinically and financially.

A key part of the role will involve supporting service redesign and leading specific elements of wider transformation across the service portfolio.

The post holder will oversee the day‑to‑day line management of administrative and clerical teams, ensuring smooth and effective service operations. You will also act as deputy to the Senior Operational Service Manager when required.

We warmly encourage interested applicants to get in touch for an informal conversation about the role.

You will oversee a broad portfolio of operational management responsibilities, including monitoring service performance, managing complaints and patient experience processes, supporting service planning, and providing line management for your direct reports.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively with senior colleagues across the Care Group and the wider Trust to ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently and sustainably within both clinical and financial parameters.
