Job Vacancy: Multi\-Faceted Online Retail Assistant
Location: Near Ongar (Rural/Country Location not accessible by foot so a vehicle is essential)
Contract: Zero\-Hours Contract (2 Days per week – Flexible hours)

Are you a proactive, highly organised, detail driven and reliable individual with customer service and office administration experience who is looking for a hands\-on role in a growing online retail business?
The Role:
Comprehensive role covering physical fulfilment of orders and exceptional customer service. You will be the heartbeat of the business, ensuring our customers are happy and our digital stock levels are kept fully up\-to\-date.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory \& Sourcing: Full inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and sourcing products from existing and new suppliers to keep our range fresh and competitive.
E\-commerce Management: Updating products in WooCommerce, proactively promoting stock sale events to include pricing actions.
Daily Operations: Managing stock levels and handling end\-to\-end order fulfilment processes (picking, packing, and shipping).
Customer Experience: Acting as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and limited in\-person visits. You’ll handle all queries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
About You:
Experienced: Previous administration experience essential. Online retail preferred, but not essential.
Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is essential. Working with WordPress and WooCommerce platforms is a bonus.
Proactive \& Focused: You have a "can\-do" attitude and proven attention to detail.
Engaging: Naturally friendly, easy to talk to, and 100% customer\-focused.
Reliable: Comfortable working from our country\-based location near Ongar (parking provided)
Pay: £13\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15\.0 – 24\.0 per week
