Salary: £40,000 annually, plus commission
On\-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000 and above
Schedule: Full\-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

About United Drains:
United Drains, a thriving drainage and plumbing company headquartered in Essex, is seeking a sales Manager to help with our company's growth. We specialise in the commercial sector and cover all of England \& Wales
The Role:
Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth. Your responsibilities will include developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
This role may evolve into building a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business nationwide from cold.
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring regular contact and excellent service.
- Actively participating in weekly meetings.
- Managing our CRM database and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Preparing new account documentation and client information packages.
- Attending sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and client entertainment events as required.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the plumbing, drainage, or construction industry
- Have previously worked in FM Sector or Alongside.
- Exceptional communication skills across all business levels.
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred).
- Self\-motivated with excellent management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online portals.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Outstanding references.
- Full driving license.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Business acumen, excellent organisational and team\-working skills, with the ability to delegate and motivate.
