Location: Ongar, Essex
Salary: £40,000 annually, plus commission
On\-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000 and above
Schedule: Full\-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

About United Drains:
United Drains, a thriving drainage and plumbing company headquartered in Essex, is seeking a sales Manager to help with our company's growth. We specialise in the commercial sector and cover all of England \& Wales

The Role:
Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth. Your responsibilities will include developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.

This role may evolve into building a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business nationwide from cold.

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring regular contact and excellent service.

  • Actively participating in weekly meetings.

  • Managing our CRM database and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

  • Preparing new account documentation and client information packages.

  • Attending sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and client entertainment events as required.

  • Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the plumbing, drainage, or construction industry

  • Have previously worked in FM Sector or Alongside.

  • Exceptional communication skills across all business levels.

  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred).

  • Self\-motivated with excellent management skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online portals.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Outstanding references.

  • Full driving license.

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.

  • Business acumen, excellent organisational and team\-working skills, with the ability to delegate and motivate.
