The Role:

*This role is working as part of a team that focusses on the onboarding process for new customers. You will be required to communicate with clients by the telephone and email for both inbound enquiries and outbound follow up. Your role will involve preparing documentation for new clients and projects, collating information, liaising with internal teams to obtain information and documentation from clients, inputting information onto the in\-house systems and ensuring that all information is uploaded and processed accurately.*

*Full training and support will be provided from the very outset with continual guidance from the management team.*

Key Objectives

  • *To assist clients and our referral partners in the production of quotations*

  • *You will be comfortable in responding to client support requests via telephone and email.*

  • *To ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently.*

  • *To improve and enhance the firm’s client base by effective liaison with existing clients.*

  • *To manage your own time and productivity*

  • *To comply Watson Ramsbottom policy and procedures*

  • *To ensure that clients and referral partners always receive the best possible service.*

  • *You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to all customers.*
Candidate Requirements:

*Our ideal candidate has experience within estate agency, sales progression, financial services or conveyancing. An enthusiastic people person to contribute to the business growth. You are comfortable to present our services over the telephone as well as handling queries about the conveyancing process and our systems. You have excellent spoken and written communication skills, be very organised and able to continually re\-prioritise workloads and be able to work under pressure in keeping with our high level of customer service.*

*Desirable Skills and Qualifications*

  • *Good IT Skills with working knowledge of all MS programmes*

  • *Problem solving skills.*

  • *Time management skills*

  • *Knowledge of the conveyancing process desirable*

  • *Ability to manage workload and carry out tasks independently*
