Office Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, invoicing and to help management
- Handle multi\-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and team members with their needs
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, document proofreading, and record keeping
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and maintain organizational workflow
- Previous office experience or clerical background is highly preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and staff
- Experience in customer support or customer service roles demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, data entry, and calendar management

Pay: £13\.00\-£16\.00 per hour
