Office Manager
Omni Group is a growing construction and fire protection business, encompassing CVD Fire Protection, Omni Core Drilling Solutions, Omni Door Solutions and Omni Interior Solutions. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative function and act as a key point of contact across the group.
About the role
You'll take ownership of the smooth running of our office, managing and developing the admin team while acting as the conduit between departments, directors, and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for embedding consistent processes across the group's entities, ensuring standards are maintained and supporting the wider business as it grows.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and overseeing the admin team, including workload allocation, performance and day\-to\-day supervision
- Acting as a central point of contact between the admin team, directors, site teams, clients, and suppliers
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the group
- Implementing, embedding, and enforcing company processes and procedures across all entities
- Identifying gaps in current processes and driving improvements
- Delivering training to the admin team on systems, processes, and compliance requirements
- Overseeing operations, accounts, commercial, and compliance administration as needed
- Supporting HR and payroll processes, and assisting with recruitment/onboarding of admin staff
- Assisting with compliance and accreditation requirements (e.g. ISO, Constructionline, Safecontractor)
- Reporting to directors on team performance, process adherence, and areas for improvement
- Proven experience in an office management or senior administrative role, ideally within construction or a trade industry
- Experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a hands\-on approach
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple entities and competing demands
- Confident implementing and enforcing process change
- Strong communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Eque2 advantageous, but full training will be given
