Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration.
Duties to include:
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain and update office records through accurate data entry
- Assist with organisation of appointments and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required
- Scan documents into document storage/databases as appropriate
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail handling
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well\-organised
- Organise shredding at appropriate times
- Qualifications/experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Clear and legible handwriting
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and reliability
