Care Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high\-quality support and assistance to individuals in their own homes within the Buckinghamshire area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the well\-being and independence of clients by delivering personalised care tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities

• Provide personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.


• Support clients with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols.


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure nutritional needs are met.


• Manage behaviour effectively, especially in cases involving dementia or Alzheimer's care.


• Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in condition to senior staff promptly.


• Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well\-being.


• Follow health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures, to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

• Previous experience in domiciliary care is highly desirable.


• Candidate will need to have a full UK driving license and a car as they will be traveling to people in their own homes.


• Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach towards clients of all ages, including children and seniors.


• Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including early mornings or evenings if necessary. Pay: £13\.64\-£14\.00 per hour
