We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a vibrant early childhood education setting. Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery

  • Maintain compliance with local childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements

  • Build strong relationships with families, providing guidance, updates, and support regarding their children's progress

  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives

  • Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well\-maintained at all times

  • Manage administrative tasks such as record keeping, budgeting, and resource procurement
Skills
  • Proven management and leadership experience within early childhood education or childcare settings

  • Extensive knowledge of childcare practices, child development principles, and nursery operations

  • Strong communication skills in English to effectively liaise with staff, parents, and regulatory bodies

  • Experience working directly with children across various age groups in a nursery or preschool environment

  • Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, empathy, and clear direction

  • Excellent organizational skills to handle administrative duties efficiently

  • Valid driving license preferred for transportation needs or outreach activities
