Nursery Room Leader
We are excited to announce that we have three vacancies available for experienced and confident room Leaders to assist the Management team. We are looking to appoint a room lead for the following rooms \- Baby Room, Toddler Room (2\-3 Year olds) and Pre\- School Room.
We believe in celebrating every child's unique journey as they move ‘Beyond The Nest’ and you'll play a key role in this journey as we open our brand new nursery.

our main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining a safe learning environment for children to learn organically through their interests and play.
- Leading a room and supporting staff to deliver great practice.
- Be responsible for the room and meet targets outlined by your manager.
- Foster positive relationships with your team, children and families.
- Communicate effectively to families on children’s development through documentation and learning observations.
- Ensure all staff understand safeguarding and health and safety policies relevant to their role and implement procedures effectively.
- Liasing with management to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
- A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE or recognised equivalent
- A good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Experience working in a nursery environment
- The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS
- Experience managing a room in a nursery environment (desirable)
- Experience of safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures within a nursery environment
- The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS (visa sponsorship considered for QTS qualified teachers)
