Home Care Worker – Driver
ESSENTIAL: DRIVER \& VEHICLE REQUIRED
Due to the nature of domiciliary care, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have regular access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.

About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in St Helens and surrounding areas.
You will support people in their own homes with:
- Personal care and mobility support
- Medication support
- Meals, hydration and light household tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting independence and daily routines
- Attending appointments and social activities where required
- Recording care and reporting any changes in wellbeing
- Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work
- Caring and compassionate approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Willingness to complete required training
Training \& Career Development
No care qualification? No problem.
Full induction and training will be provided, and suitable employees can be supported to work towards recognised Adult Care qualifications through funded training and apprenticeship opportunities, subject to eligibility.
There are also opportunities to develop and progress into more senior roles as our service grows.
