Are you a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Night Supervisor to oversee our hotel operations during the night, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and operational excellence. Based on the responsibilities outlined in the Night Manager role description, this position will play a key role in leading the night team and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel overnight.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the night team to deliver exceptional guest service.


• Taking responsibility for the hotel operation during overnight hours.


• Ensuring all night audit procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.


• Maintaining hotel security and following company safety procedures at all times.


• Handling guest enquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and effectively.


• Monitoring cash handling and credit procedures, ensuring all transactions are balanced correctly.


• Managing communication between night and day teams to ensure seamless handovers.


• Promoting hotel facilities and services while maximising revenue opportunities.


• Coaching and developing team members through training and regular briefings.


• Ensuring public areas are clean, presentable, and meet brand standards.


• Supporting compliance with health \& safety, fire safety, licensing, and company policies.

• Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or front office role


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent customer service and communication abilities


• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently


• Experience with hotel systems, night auditing, and cash handling procedures


• Good understanding of health \& safety and security requirements


• Flexible and reliable with a positive, professional attitude
