Night Carer
Do you have a friendly personality, a caring nature and a can\-do attitude? Are you able to work with a small team but be able to take initiative whilst caring for our elderly residents? If so, Teme Court could be just the place for you.
You will be expected to help our elderly residents with personal care, washing, getting dressed and their mobility. You need to be able to understand their sometimes complex needs whilst remaining calm and compassionate.
Your responsibilities will include hourly checks, light cleaning, as well as assist with other aspects involved in the smooth running of our 24 bed residential care home. You will be expected to record all interactions on a handheld system as you work in real time.
Shift patterns are strictly 20:00 \- 08:00 (Nights). Please do not apply if you are unable to work these hours or unable to reach or get home from the care home in WR2 4BU.
You must be able to work a minimum of 2 nights per week with overtime available.
Due to the position and hours being offered preference will not be given to oversees workers on a restricted student visa.
Workers requiring sponsorship will not be considered for this role.
A DBS Check will be required.
