Night Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and ensuring their well\-being.

Duties
\- Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and eating
\- Support in the implementation of care plans
\- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
\- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
\- Help residents engage in recreational activities
\- Maintain a clean and organised living environment

Requirements
\- Previous experience in care home or home care settings is desirable
\- Ability to use basic IT systems for record keeping
\- Strong communication skills in English
\- Compassionate nature and willingness to provide high\-quality care

Own transport desirable

Shift Pattern: 18\.45pm to 7:00am.

The role involves working four night shifts one week and three night shifts the following week, with every other weekend included in the working rota.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £13\.00 per hour
