We are looking for a mature and experienced carer to join our busy team at Ash Hall Nursing Home.
You must be reliable, and committed to providing good quality individualised care to older people. Recognising when a person has a change in their presentation and be responsive to these needs. Excellent communication skills will be necessary to interpret/anticipate peoples needs, handing them over in a timely manner to the wider team. We are a busy team that strives to improve our standards of care and proactive in improving systems. Our key aim is to improve the life of all people living at Ash Hall, ensuring all their needs are met. If you caring, compassionate and able to work in a busy, complexed environment we would love to hear from you. Night Shift hours from 20:00 hrs to 08\.00hrs, two/three or four shifts available.
We are supportive of staff too, and their circumstances in life, working alongside you to enable a work life balance. All training is facilitated and paid for.

Pay: £12\.70\-£12\.71 per hour
