We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth. This is a pure new business role, focused on generating the sales pipeline, opening doors, and creating qualified sales opportunities within the construction and plant sector. The successful applicant will be instrumental in helping Spillard achieve growth objectives, by identifying and engaging new customers, including those seeking a more reliable and scalable safety technology partner.

Role Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and engage new prospects across construction, quarrying, waste \& recycling, rail, demolition, agriculture, forestry and ports \& shipping, manufacturing \& warehousing, events, military \& defence sectors.

· Generate high\-quality leads through outbound activity (calls, email, networking, industry engagement)

· Book and secure qualified meetings and product demonstrations

· Identify and target customers of certain types and in certain sectors or supply chains.

· Respond to inbound plant enquiries, qualify opportunities, and progress them to handover stage

· Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

· Collaborate closely with marketing, technical sales and account management teams for seamless lead prep, document handling, lead handover and conversion

· Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility

· Feedback and report on activities frequently

About You

· Experience in outbound sales and lead generation

· Comfortable operating in a high\-activity, target\-driven environment

· Able to create and manipulate key documents such as presentations, forms and quotes

· Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills

· Self\-motivated, confident, resilient, and commercially focused

· Experience in construction, plant, safety systems, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
