The Role – New Business Developer

As a New Business Developer at PIB, you’ll uncover and qualify quality leads, open doors with decision\-makers and create the first impression that sets us apart \- with clear targets, strong support and real scope to grow your sales career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing), maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations.


• Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties, supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities.


• Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date and consistent information on databases and within secure, efficient filing systems.


• Produce and manage diaries, record activity and chase clients for outstanding information in a professional and polite manner.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.


• Top\-class customer service and communication skills – someone who loves to go above and beyond


• Excellent attention to detail, productivity and organisation while working in a fast\-paced environment.
