New Business Development Manager

Location: Ballymount, Dublin (Field Based)

Salary: up to €65,000 DOE \+ Uncapped Commission

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our Dublin team. This is a true new business role.

If you enjoy opening doors, winning major accounts and building long\-term commercial relationships, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

This is approximately 90% business development with very little account management initially. You'll spend much of your week meeting clients throughout Dublin while working from our Ballymount office when required.You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities across our three core divisions:

• Commercial Print


• Leaflet Distribution \& Direct Mail

Target customers include:

• Construction companies


• Property developers


• Marketing agencies


• Retail groups


• Government bodies


• Local authorities


• Corporate organisations

What We're Looking For:

• Strong commercial focus


• Tenacious nature


• Minimum 5 years' B2B sales/business development experience


• Proven history of winning new business


• Strong negotiation and presentation skills


• Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Full clean driving licence


• Experience in signage, print, advertising, media, marketing or a related industry would be a significant advantage
