This is an opportunity for an experienced, high\-performing Car Sales Consultant who wants to maximise earnings while working in a supportive, people\-focused environment.

Your Role

• Sell new and used vehicles along with finance and add\-on products


• Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently exceed targets


• Deliver a seamless, high\-quality customer journey


• Build long\-term relationships and generate repeat business


• Represent the Batchelors brand with professionalism and energy

About You – Proven Performer Required

We are specifically looking for established car sales professionals who can perform from day one.

Essential:

• Proven success in car sales


• Experience within a franchised dealership preferred


• Strong closing skills and consistent target achievement


• High levels of self\-motivation and drive


• Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills


• Full UK driving licence
