Choice Motorcycles and Trade Bikes Direct are growing rapidly and we are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our busy dealership team in Coventry.
This is a fast\-paced role within one of the Midlands’ busiest used motorcycle dealerships, handling a large volume of stock ranging from modern sports bikes and tourers through to cruisers, scooters, adventure bikes and part exchange motorcycles.
We are looking for someone who is confident speaking to customers, organised with admin and follow\-up, and capable of managing multiple enquiries and tasks throughout the day.
This role is far more than simply answering the phone. We want somebody who can actively manage leads, follow up customers properly, keep systems updated and help drive stock sales through strong communication and attention to detail.
Motorcycle knowledge is useful, but attitude, organisation and work ethic are more important.
Main Responsibilities
- Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone, email, website and social media
- Following up leads and missed calls professionally
- Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to sale
- Updating DealerKit CRM and customer records accurately
- Arranging finance applications and delivery quotations
- Promoting warranties, delivery services and additional products
- Assisting with stock listings and online adverts
- Monitoring and following up unsold enquiries
- Coordinating with workshop and operations teams
- Supporting stock management and showroom presentation
- Helping manage sold bikes through to collection or delivery
- Building relationships with repeat customers and trade buyers
- Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Motivated and proactive attitude
- Good computer and admin skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and updating records accurately
- Professional and reliable
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous sales, telesales, automotive or customer service experience preferred
- Motorcycle or automotive industry experience
- Dealer management systems / CRM systems
- Vehicle sales or telesales experience
- Finance or upselling experience
- Social media or online sales platforms
