We are looking for a proactive andexperienced Mobile Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join ourdynamic team, working across a variety of commercial sites in Sheffield. If youthrive in a fast\-paced environment and are passionate about deliveringhigh\-quality maintenance solutions, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive works across multiple client sites in Sheffield.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC,electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
Perform general building maintenance includingplumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently,safely, and in accordance with health \& safety regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency call outs andprovide excellent customer service at all times.
Complete accurate job reports, documentation,and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team. About You
Qualified in a core trade (e.g., electrical,plumbing, HVAC) with City \& Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above.
Proven experience in facilities maintenancewithin commercial environments.
Strong fault\-finding and problem\-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.
Flexible, reliable, and able to workindependently or as part of a team. What We Offer
