Accountabilities

The Middle/Senior Reviews Specialist is responsible for managing review platform operations, maintaining company profiles, and supporting reputation management initiatives across international and regional platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, configuring, and maintaining company profiles across CIS and global review platforms and geo-services

  • Managing verification workflows, including domain-based email setup and profile validation processes

  • Publishing and managing review content according to established monthly plans and operational targets

  • Researching review platforms, moderation rules, pricing structures, and publication timelines

  • Conducting analytical tests and preparing informational materials for internal teams and clients

  • Maintaining operational reporting and tracking activities using Google Sheets, Zoho, and related tools

  • Collaborating closely with project managers to ensure smooth execution of review and reputation management activities

  • Monitoring platform updates, moderation trends, and process improvements to optimize publication success rates

Requirements
This role requires a detail-oriented reputation management professional with experience working across review platforms and verification systems in international environments.
  • 1–2 years of experience working with online reputation or review platforms

  • Strong understanding of CIS and global review websites, geo-services, and moderation processes

  • Experience managing company profiles and verification workflows using domain-based email systems

  • Ability to organize and publish high volumes of review content accurately and efficiently

  • English proficiency at B1+ level for communication and work with international platforms

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Zoho or similar project management tools

  • Analytical mindset with ability to conduct tests and evaluate platform conditions and workflows

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process consistency

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining clear communication with teams
