The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Merchandising \& Operations Coordinator to support our growing merchandising and supply chain operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long\-term career within merchandising, operations, supply chain, accounting or product development. Previous merchandising experience is not essential — we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
You will work closely with our merchandising, product development, supply chain and finance teams to help ensure products move efficiently from suppliers through to our distribution centres and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with the processing and management of purchase orders
- Updating and maintaining merchandising and supply chain spreadsheets
- Supporting the tracking of seasonal critical paths and delivery schedules
- Liaising with suppliers regarding production updates, shipment schedules and documentation
- Tracking freight shipments and monitoring delivery progress
- Assisting with management of GSS and SMS tracking information
- Supporting product development administration and sample coordination
- Assisting with stock and intake reporting
- Helping maintain accurate ERP system data
- Supporting the finance and operations teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Producing reports and analysis as required
- Supporting continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting
Essential:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional and proactive approach to work
- Experience working in an office, administration, merchandising, supply chain or operations environment
- Experience using ERP systems
- Interest in merchandising, supply chain, finance or product development
- Experience working with international suppliers or freight processes
- Reliable and dependable
- Team player with a flexible attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Strong follow\-up and communication skills
- Keen to develop and grow within the business long term

Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
