We are looking for a friendly, patient, and outgoing person to join our team of Receptionists

Availability to cover holidays is desirable.

Duties :

\- Booking in Patients with Socrates

\-Cash handling

\- Ensuring all stock is up to date

\- Delivering the best help possible to our patients in a polite and emphatic way

\- Monitoring and answering emails

\-Opening and closing the Clinic

\-Liasing with Doctors, pharmacists, labs and hospitals

The ideal candidates needs to be proactive and responsible, as well being able to work under pressure.

Reception and Socrates software experience is preferred.

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: From €14\.80 per hour
