Lead Supervisor

Full\-Time Permanent Position

We are currently seeking an ambitious, customer\-focused Lead Supervisor to join our management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional looking to take the next step in their career with a well\-established and respected Irish retailer.

The Role

As Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Area Manager in the smooth day\-to\-day running of the business while leading by example on the shop floor. You will inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, achieve sales targets and maintain the highest operational standards.

You will play a key role in driving store performance, developing team members and ensuring every customer receives the expert advice and service that Sean Hennessy Electrical is known for.

Key Responsibilities

\- Support the Area Manager in all aspects of store operations.

\- Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.

\- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

\- Assist with the daily management and operation of the store.

\- Share product knowledge across key categories including televisions, home entertainment, kitchen appliances, laundry products, mobile technology and small domestic appliances.

\- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue.

\- Ensure stock is accurately managed, merchandised and replenished.

\- Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping.

\- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

\- Support management with rostering, cash handling and operational procedures.

What we’re looking for.

\- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a retail environment

\- Strong sales and customer service background

\- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and lead by example.

\- Experience within electrical retail is preferable but not essential.
