Medical Receptionist/Care Navigator

Stanmore House Surgery are looking for a part\-time Medical Receptionist/Care Navigator to join our friendly team.

We require a professional, reliable person with a positive and friendly demeanour.

The roles require someone who can work accurately under pressure and have a good level of attention to detail.

The position is 25 hours per week. The candidates must be flexible to work overtime and cover holidays/sickness at short notice when required. The hours of work will be:

• Monday: 13:00 \- 18:30


• Tuesday: 08:00 \- 18:00


• Wednesday: 13:00 \- 18:00


• Thursday: 08:00 \- 12:30

• Experience in using Emis Web, Docman 10


• Medical Reception

• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to embrace and adapt to change


• Adhere to GDPR requirements


• Able to multitask and prioritise demands


• Good team player


• Strong keyboard and administration skills


• Confident using Word and Outlook


• Experience in working in a fast paced and busy workforce

• 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays


• Uniform provided


• NHS Pension

Pay: £12\.71 per hour

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
