2\-3 years’ experience in M\&E and feel underutilised? This role offers exposure to real design, coordination, and site work, not just drafting.

At Johnston Reid \& Associates, we’re looking for an engineer who wants to move from supporting work to actually delivering it. You’ll:

• Work on live building services projects (residential, commercial, healthcare)


• Use Revit / AutoCAD and develop real system design skills


• Attend site visits and project meetings


• Move toward independent engineer level quickly

We’re looking for:

• 2\-3 years’ M\&E consultancy or contractor experience


• Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services)


• Well spoken and presented for Client side


• Ambition to take on more responsibility

Clear progression → Intermediate Engineer within 12–24 months
