Massage and Holistic Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage and Holistic Therapist to join our vibrant wellness team. In this role, you will deliver a wide range of therapeutic treatments designed to promote relaxation, healing, and overall well\-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve balance in their physical and mental health through personalized massage techniques and holistic therapies. Duties

• Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other specialized techniques tailored to client needs


• Conduct holistic therapies such as reflexology, reiki, or energy healing to enhance relaxation and vitality


• Assess client needs through consultation to develop customized treatment plans that align with their wellness goals


• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards


• Educate clients on post\-treatment care and recommend self\-care practices to support ongoing wellness


• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time


• Stay updated on the latest massage and holistic therapy techniques, certifications, and industry best practices

Experience

• Proven experience as a massage therapist or holistic practitioner with a strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics


• Certification from a recognized massage therapy or holistic health program is required


• Knowledge of anatomy is essential for effective treatment planning and injury prevention


• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs


• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail


• Prior experience working in a wellness or spa environment is preferred but not mandatory
