Accountabilities:

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial performance evaluations across several European markets.

  • Support market-entry assessments and help build business cases for expansion initiatives.

  • Assist in developing forecasting models, commercial planning frameworks, and executive-level reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, Finance, and Supply to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor OKRs, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to partnership evaluations and growth projects.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve commercial decision-making and operational scalability.

  • Gradually take ownership of regional initiatives and contribute to the development of market expertise.

Requirements


  • 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business analytics, demand planning, or commercial strategy within e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth digital businesses.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics, forecasting methodologies, competitor analysis, and commercial reporting.

  • Experience conducting market research and transforming data into strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.

  • Interest in sustainability and the circular economy is highly valued.

  • Candidates must be based in Europe (including the UK) and hold a valid right to work.
