Role Brief
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing \& business Graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands\-on experience in business strategy, marketing campaigns, and commercial operations. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to support business growth and brand development.
The Marketing Specialist develops, executes, and optimises marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking, ensuring campaigns are targeted, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events).
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
· Create and manage content for websites, social platforms, and marketing materials.
· Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social insights.
· Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
· Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.
· Support brand development and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
· Prepare reports and present insights to Senior Management Team.
· To follow and embed the core company values – Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility \& Integrity.
· Any other reasonable duties as required by Commercial Lead.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) is a plus
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desirable Skills
Internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising
Creative thinking and willingness to learn
