MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing \& Social Media Coordinator to help grow our restaurant and attract more customers.

This is a hands\-on role. We need someone who can create great content and, most importantly, help turn marketing into real restaurant bookings and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok


• Creating professional photos, Reels and short videos


• Promoting our lunch, dinner, special offers and events


• Running local Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns


• Helping manage Google Business Profile and customer reviews


• Creating posters, promotions and marketing materials


• Developing campaigns for quieter days and periods


• Working with local businesses, hotels, offices and organizations


• Finding opportunities for collaborations with local influencers and creators


• Monitoring marketing results, bookings and customer response


• Bringing new ideas to increase restaurant awareness and sales


• Has experience with social media and digital marketing


• Is confident creating Reels and short\-form video


• Understands Facebook/Instagram advertising


• Has good photography/content creation skills


• Is creative, organised and commercially minded


• Can regularly visit the restaurant in Derby


• Restaurant/hospitality marketing experience is an advantage

Pay: £15\.00\-£18\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20\.0 – 30\.0 per week
