First Finserve is looking for a Marketing Intern who wants hands\-on experience in B2B marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.


• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.


• Support the creation of posts, articles, presentations, brochures and marketing materials.


• Research target markets, industries, companies and potential clients.


• Assist with B2B lead\-generation activities.


• Support email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.


• Research industry trends, competitors and relevant market opportunities.


• Help maintain and improve the company's online presence.


• Assist with website content and service\-page development.


• Track basic marketing performance and campaign results.


• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to generate qualified opportunities.


• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding and promotional activities.

• Students, recent graduates or individuals starting a career in marketing.


• Interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing and technology.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with attention to detail.


• Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.


• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media tools or marketing platforms is a plus.


• Ability to research information and identify useful business insights.


• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Previous marketing experience is helpful but not essential.

• Practical experience in B2B marketing.


• Exposure to IT, cloud, recruitment and consulting industries.


• Experience with lead generation and business development.


• Hands\-on content and social media experience.


• Understanding of how marketing and sales work together.

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
