Marketing and Social Media Assistant (Pub Group)

The Marketing \& Social Media Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team, ensuring that relevant and engaging content is used in our social media content for our venues, supporting with email campaigns and updates to our website and helping with in house designs.

Full time, 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in executing email, poster and social campaigns for beer, food, events, venues.


• Content Creation: Produce relevant and engaging content for social media in our venues


• Website Management: Support with management of relevant data on our website and SEO


• Data and Analytics: Compile data from web and social platforms, draft performance reports and track campaign key performance indicators.


• Market Research: Gather data on consumer trends and competitor activities


• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members


• In house Designs: Support the marketing team and in\-house design team producing posters, signage from branded templates.


• Marketing Material: Support marketing team in creating visual content, including taking photos.

• Experience of social media marketing and relevant content and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn.)


• Understand the basics of Illustrator/In\-Design.


• Experience in managing websites including adding content, optimising SEO and eCommerce. (Ideally Wordpress and Shopify)


• Experience with Mail Chimp and mail list management


• Basic understanding of Google Analytics.


• Passion \& knowledge of craft beer and/or hospitality


• Desire to work in a small business that has big plans.
