Forward Role is working with a well-loved name in the hospitality and entertainment world - a multi-venue brand known for its atmosphere and live entertainment, as they look to bring in a Marketing & PR Manager. This is a business that's grown a serious following through standout campaigns, strong media relationships and brand identity.

Now they need someone to take the reins on marketing and PR, working closely with the wider brand and creative team to shape how the business shows up everywhere from press coverage to in-venue campaigns. It's a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants to own the full mix - campaigns, PR, partnerships and print.

The role:
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-venue channels
Manage PR agency, media and influencer relationships to secure consistent coverage
Identify and activate partnerships that build reach and drive footfall
Own end-to-end print collateral - menus, posters, table talkers, signage
Manage menu design and production with F&B, ops and creative teams
Deliver seasonal campaigns, new openings and key trading moments
Run day-to-day social media planning, scheduling and publishing
Run day-to-day CRM planning, scheduling and publishing
Brief and collaborate with in-house creative and content teams
Support venue teams adapting national campaigns locally
Track campaign performance, PR coverage and ROI

What you'll bring:
4+ years' experience in marketing, brand or PR - hospitality, food & drink or lifestyle preferred
Track record delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned
PR agency and media outreach experience
Strong social media management and content planning skills
Experience managing print production with designers and suppliers
Highly organised with sharp project management and attention to detail
Creative and commercial mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data
Proactive and happy taking ownership
Genuine love of food, drink, entertainment and hospitality culture
