Employment Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, £Competitive (DOE), Greater Manchester – A new role has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join an impressive team. JOB REF: 5399.
THE ROLE:
- You will manage a varied employment law caseload, advising clients on a wide range of workplace issues while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Responsible for a varied employment caseload to include, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures, advising on redundancy and TUPE issues and assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and related matters.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide a seamless client service.
- Building strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality legal advice.
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience within employment law.
- Experience of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with sound commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
