ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An exciting role working as a Manufacturing Operative:

· Ensure the highest quality of standards are maintained in every process

· Operation of filling, mixing and other specialized machinery.

· Packing and preparing goods for dispatch.

· Maintain area of responsibility and site to 5S standards.

· Participate in Continuous Improvement activity programme set out by business.

· Demonstrate best practice in all aspects of health, safety and environment within the role and to cooperate with other team members, as necessary, to support site wide compliance.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· The successful candidate for this role –

o Will demonstrate a real passion and commitment and strive to achieve excellence in every aspect of the role.

o Be comfortable both when working alone and when cooperating with others

o Will demonstrate integrity, honesty, fairness and respect in all that they do.

o Have UK residency, be eligible to work in UK.
