Overview
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees specialising in Sales. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue
- Engage with potential clients through B2B sales approaches, including presentations and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
- Support the sales team in organising promotional events and campaigns
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
- Proven experience or interest in B2B sales environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and learn on the job
