Working as part of a busy maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of manufacturing machinery and site infrastructure. You will play a key role in minimising downtime, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement across the site.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the care, maintenance, and optimal performance of machinery and associated tooling, including Auto Formers, Packaging Machines, Flatbed Moulders, Industrial Printers, Water Baths, Extruders, Injection Moulders, and other equipment.
The role also involves completing machine changeovers in line with production requirements, utilising lean manufacturing techniques. You will work closely with production teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance and reduce downtime.
You will be responsible for completing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities using CMMS systems, ensuring all work is accurately recorded. You will also identify opportunities for cost effective improvements across both manufacturing processes and site facilities.
