As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards are met. We are looking for a dedicated manager who can manage a variety of tasks and quickly adapt to any challenges that arise to ensure the smooth running of the property and satisfaction of our guests.### Key Responsibilities

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead our maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and safely while supporting a high\-performing team. Here’s what you will be expected to do:* Lead and coach the maintenance team

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance


• Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs


• Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams


• Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records


• Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties.


• Carry out all necessary administrative work associated with departmental management requirements accurately and timely record all processes from receiving jobs through to completion
