Main Responsibilities
1\. E\-Commerce Management (eBay \& Amazon)
\* Manage and maintain company eBay and Amazon accounts.
\* Upload new products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
\* Update stock levels and product information regularly.
\* Monitor online orders and customer messages.
\* Respond professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
\* Check product reviews and customer feedback daily.
\* Report any account issues or order problems to management.
2\. Social Media Management
\* Create and manage company social media accounts.
\* Post product pictures, offers, videos, and updates regularly.
\* Keep social media pages active and professional.
\* Reply to customer messages and comments politely.
\* Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
\* Take pictures/videos of products for promotional purposes.
3\. Customer Feedback \& Relationship Calls
\* Contact regular customers by phone.
\* Ask customers for feedback regarding:
\* Product quality
\* Delivery service
\* Overall satisfaction
\* Experience with the sales team
\* Maintain positive customer relationships.
\* Record customer feedback and report important issues or suggestions to management.
\* Follow up with customers professionally when required.
4\. Online Order Packing \& Dispatch
\* Pick and pack online orders carefully and accurately.
\* Ensure products are packed safely and professionally.
\* Print shipping labels and invoices when required.
\* Prepare parcels for courier collection.
\* Coordinate with courier services for daily dispatches.
\* Keep packing area clean and organised.
5\. General Office Duties
\* Assist with daily office administration tasks.
\* Maintain organised records and files.
\* Help keep the office clean and professional.
\* Support management with additional tasks when required.
\* Work as part of the team to improve company operations and customer service.
