Waterloo Bathrooms is a long\-established and respected supplier of premium bathroom products. Alongside this, our sister company, Bathroom Outlet, is a rapidly growing online store offering top bathroom brands. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a friendly and committed individual to join our team in a full\-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Experience / Attributes:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, stock control and logistics is essential.

  • A self\-motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent computer skills, with the confidence to navigate multiple software systems, including ERP and WMS systems.

  • Strong organisational and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve stock and logistics issues.

  • Comfortable working both independently and actively on the warehouse floor.

  • Adaptability and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in the bathroom industry is a plus, but not essential.
The Role:
  • Act as the main point of contact for warehouse operations, resolving issues with goods being booked in and out and ensuring all stock movements are processed correctly.

  • Be actively involved on the warehouse floor, taking ownership of stock accuracy and rolling stocktakes, carrying out regular physical stock checks, investigating discrepancies and ensuring system stock accurately reflects physical stock.

  • Manage customer and supplier returns, ensuring returned goods are physically checked, processed correctly and followed through to completion.

  • Monitor stock levels and take ownership of replenishment requirements, ensuring products are available when needed.

  • Liaise with the warehouse, suppliers, couriers and customers to resolve issues and ensure the smooth movement of goods.

  • Maintain accurate ERP records, ensuring stock movements, locations and relevant transactions are recorded correctly.

  • Provide customers with stock availability, product details, pricing and lead times, supporting the sales team with day\-to\-day customer enquiries.

  • Process customer and supplier orders.
Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: €38,000\.00\-€42,000\.00 per year

  • Sandyford, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
