Logistics Operator

TSIT’s customs logistics business is continuously growing. With the company’s rapid expansion and in order to better serve our clients, we are inviting applications for the position of Logistics Operator in Coventry, United Kingdom, to strengthen our team.

Position: Logistics Operator
Location: Coventry, UK

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely on planning logistics services, optimizing transport concepts, and improving work instructions.


• Handle import shipments and book containers with overseas freight forwarders.


• From a financial perspective, monitor logistics and warehouse orders, calculate costs, and assess profitability.


• Coordinate and communicate between clients in China and UK to find effective solutions.


• Assist in preparing competitively priced offers for customers.


• Provide and monitor transport plans for goods and track shipment status.


• Communicate with truck suppliers and shipping lines to coordinate delivery schedules.

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a comparable qualification.


• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.


• Proficient in MS Office.


• Resilient, highly motivated, proactive, and reliable.


• Strong service orientation, self\-motivated, team player, and highly cooperative.


• Excellent English skills and fluent spoken and written Chinese for negotiations.
