We are looking for a highly driven Wholesale Logistics Manager to join us on a 6 to 9 month fixed term contract. In this critical position, you will be accountable for the application of the Wholesale Plan for Logistics. Specifically, you will focus on the end\-to\-end service to the Wholesale sites and Convenience Picking Centres (CPCs). You will lead a team of 1 and act as the daily driving force behind our external partnerships, with a customer first lens on everything you do.

You will fit into a highly collaborative and structured management team, owning the daily operational interaction, process adherence, and daily KPI delivery with DHL, working closely with the Senior Logistics Manager \- Wholesale. What you’ll do* You will take charge of the day\-to\-day operational interaction with DHL, holding them strictly to the contract and their commitments, while effectively and consistently communicating with senior management, your team, convenience sites and DHL.

• You will influence senior stakeholders across the business to support the implementation of best practice, as well as building strong relationships with DHL and demanding a readiness to step up into senior stakeholder exposure.


• You will support the design, development, and implementation of the end\-to\-end process from multisite Morrisons supply through the CPCs to convenience stores.


• You will provide innovative and improved ways of working to speed up and simplify the work of the CPCs to improve the Wholesale customer experience.
