About the Role

We are seeking a confident, values‑driven Registered Manager to lead an established EBD home in Bradford. The service has a committed team, strong routines, and a therapeutic model already embedded, now requiring a leader who can refine, strengthen, and elevate practice.

This role suits someone who thrives in a stable environment and wants to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an established 3‑bed EBD home with existing systems and staff


• Strengthen team performance, culture, and consistency


• Embed trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice


• Drive quality and governance toward Good and Outstanding outcomes


• Work closely with senior leaders on service development and long‑term improvement

• Experienced Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager


• Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge


• Leadership presence, resilience, and a child‑centred approach


• Ability to inspire teams and elevate culture

• Up to £70,000
