Logistics Administrator
Location: London Gateway \| Full Time – 35 Hours per week
Are you organised, detail\-focused, and experienced in logistics administration? Ziegler UK is seeking a reliable Logistics Administrator to support smooth warehouse operations and effective communication across teams at our London Gateway hub.

What You’ll Do:
- Accurately manage data for stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and returns using WMS
- Maintain booking schedules for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Coordinate communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams about vehicle arrivals/departures
- Generate pick lists, delivery notes, and shipping labels
- Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and reconciliation
- Handle purchase and sales transaction entries
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries about stock and shipments
- Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks and reporting
- Experience in logistics or supply chain administration
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Computer literate and able to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Flexible, proactive team player who can prioritise and multitask in a fast\-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle
