The Wicklow Witch is entering the most exciting chapter in its journey so far.

With the opening of our beautiful new retail space, the expansion of our own\-brand product ranges, and a rapidly growing online community, we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our team as a Live Presenter \& Retail Assistant.

This is not your average retail role.

We're looking for someone who can become part of the face of The Wicklow Witch, helping us connect with our customers both online and in\-store while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Our new shop will offer a unique customer experience, bringing together retail, education, community and live selling in a beautiful and immersive environment.

The Role

This role combines:

• TikTok Live Presenting


• Retail \& Customer Service


• Product Demonstration


• Community Engagement


• Product \& Shop Support

You'll play an important role in helping customers discover products, learn about our ranges and become part of the wider Wicklow Witch community.

Key Responsibilities

• Co\-host regular TikTok Lives


• Demonstrate products and collections


• Engage with viewers and answer questions


• Support launches, promotions and special events


• Help create an entertaining and welcoming atmosphere


• Build relationships with our online community

Retail \& Customer Experience

• Welcome and assist customers in\-store


• Provide excellent customer service


• Process sales and transactions


• Maintain high shop standards


• Support visual merchandising and displays


• Assist with seasonal and promotional displays

Product \& Brand Support

• Product preparation and merchandising


• Stock replenishment


• Supporting launches of new product ranges


• Helping create exciting customer experiences both online and in\-store

Working Pattern

The role will include a mixture of:

• Weekday shifts


• Thursday evening availability


• Friday daytime availability


• Occasional Saturday working


• Participation in scheduled TikTok Lives

Hours will typically range between 10–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows.

Training will be provided for the right person, and personality is often more important than experience.
