Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement financial strategies for budgeting and cost control
- Coordinate human resources activities including recruitment and training
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and practice policies
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and patient satisfaction

- Collaborate with dentists and specialists to optimize patient care
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting
